Key Responsibilities
Plan and Execute Marketing Strategies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives.
Manage and Oversee Marketing Campaigns
- Supervise the rollout of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize accordingly.
Conduct Market and Consumer Behavior Analysis
- Analyze trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to drive strategic adjustments.
Coordinate with Internal and External Teams
- Work closely with Creative, Digital, Sales, Product Development, Warehouse, Accounts, Agencies, and external suppliers for cohesive execution.
Manage Online Media and Social Media
- Develop and implement content strategies.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across platforms.
Organize Promotional Activities and Events
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events aligned with brand strategy.
- Evaluate event outcomes for continuous improvement.
Prepare Reports and Present Campaign Results
- Deliver detailed reports highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.
Budget Management
- Allocate and oversee marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Strategic Contribution
- Contribute to the development of long-term branding and market expansion strategies.
Mentor and Guide Junior Team Members
- Support the development of junior staff through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Manage and Utilize CRM System (Buzzebees)
- Leverage CRM for personalized marketing, loyalty programs, and customer retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or related fields
- 3–5 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in an executive or senior-level role
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or event planning
- Solid understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Experience in a related industry is an advantage
