The Solutions Designer (Presale - Smart Building) will play a crucial role in expanding our business in Thailand. This role involves identifying suitable partners, formulating business solution development strategies, and representing our company's portfolio to clients. The consultant will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, analyzing the impact of proposed solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality project delivery.
With a focus on managing large-scale project sales, the ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning and communication skills, along with experience in the IT and telecommunications industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable partners and formulate a business solution development strategy.
- Expand the business in Thailand, possessing knowledge about our products, including the smart security platform, CCTV solutions, and IT solutions, while building relationships with clients and partners.
- Gather customer requirements to turn information into business solutions.
- Represent the company's solution portfolio to clients, ensuring to meet and exceed their requirements.
- Perform key account responsibilities to foster strong relationships and engagement with partners and clients.
- Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on actual processes and manage priorities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and high quality project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in large-scale project sales management.
- Experience in IT and telecommunication business would be a big plus.
- Familiarity with partnering with large end-users and proficient in managing multiple key stakeholders.
- Strategic planning and development skills, confident in working on sales pipelines and organizing them into a business plan.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to network and converse across various levels of the organization.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under challenging assignments.
