Job Purpose:
The Head of Human Resources will provide strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight for all HR functions across SKY ICT and its affiliated companies. As the leader of HR Shared Services, this role ensures consistent and high-impact human resource services that align with group-wide business strategies. The scope includes overseeing Talent Acquisition, HRM, HRD, Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, and HR Technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and execute integrated HR strategies aligned with company growth, advise leadership on people strategy, and lead HR transformation with clear KPIs and SLAs.
2. Organizational Development & Talent Management
Support leadership development, succession planning, and promote a culture of innovation, diversity, and continuous learning across business units.
3. Human Resource Management
Oversee workforce planning, HR budgeting, compliance with labor laws, and manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
4. Talent Acquisition
Design data-driven talent acquisition strategies for business growth, enhance employer branding, and ensure recruitment aligns with strategic goals.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Manage compensation structures and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness aligned with performance and business goals.
6. HR Technology & Data Management
Lead the implementation of digital HR systems to boost efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making through effective reporting.
7. HR Service Excellence (Shared Services)
Standardize HR processes across entities to improve quality and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
8. Change Management & Organizational Transformation
Lead HR efforts during major transformations, support communication and engagement strategies, and align culture during change.
