Control and monitor the preparation, revision, and updating of documents/records to ensure compliance with the standards for which the company is certified.
Organize the document control system to be accurate, complete, clear, and easy to retrieve.
Follow up on corrective and/or preventive actions resulting from non-compliance with requirements (NC – Non-Conformance).
Coordinate with various departments to achieve the defined objectives.
Coordinate the preparation for audits and certifications for the standards the company is applying for.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Quality Management, or related field.
Experience in document control, quality assurance, or compliance (1–3 years preferred).
Familiarity with international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
