Create thoughtful design and communicate concepts on campaigns, consistent with brand guidelines.
Develop innovative design concepts for graphic design, media, key visuals, in-store advertisements, OOH banners, and other related materials.
Maintain a deep understanding of the target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate.
Brainstorm and work with the Creative Team to market and create campaigns for the application.
Ensure all design work meets quality standards and is delivered on time.
Qualifications :
2-3 years experience in a creative agency or in-house environment.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, XD etc.). and other relevant graphic design tools like Figma.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software.
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising standards.
Portfolio with successfully launched projects and integrated campaigns.
Effective communication skills and a good eye for design.
Ability to handle pressure and work within tight timelines.
