End-to-End Travel Facilitation: Warmly welcome passengers and provide seamless assistance through all airport processes (check-in, security, boarding), including luggage handling and escort services.
Information & Coordination: Provide accurate information on airport/flight procedures and coordinate proactively with stakeholders to fulfill specific passenger requests or special requirements.
Personalized Service Excellence: Anticipate and respond to individual passenger needs with utmost discretion and empathy to deliver a smooth and personalized premium experience.
Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional image at all times, upholding high standards of service quality, confidentiality, and courtesy.
Serve as the immediate point of contact and authority for Personal Butlers on duty when encountering complex passenger requests, service disruptions, or any situation requiring immediate expert intervention.
Provide timely guidance and mentorship to junior Personal Butlers on service protocols, complex procedures, and best practices while actively working alongside them.
Report recurring operational issues or service gaps to the Manager for long-term resolution.
(Qualifications)
A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven, continuous experience as a Personal Butler or in a high-end customer service role, demonstrating expert knowledge of all operational protocols.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and strong decision-making skills under time constraints.
Friendly, confident personality with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in English, with a TOEIC score of 500+ (expired scores are acceptable for application).
