Key Responsibilities :

-Provide installation services and technical support for products distributed to customers.

-Offer advanced user support and guidance to customers regarding the products.

-Install software, perform system testing, and provide user training at various locations in Bangkok.

Qualifications :

-Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

-At least 1 year of direct experience in computer and telecommunications system installation.
Flexible in rescheduling work or relocating to different job sites.

Expertise Skill :

Networking systems (Routers, Layer 2-3 Switches, WiFi)

Infrastructure systems (Servers and Storage Systems)

CCTV systems (CCTV, Video Management Systems)

Security systems (Firewalls, Proxies, and AAA authentication systems)

Network management systems (Network and system monitoring tools)

UPS systems and data center facilities
