Job Summary
A skilled Engineering Delivery Assistant will enhance our building asset management capabilities through the analysis, definition, and implementation support of a modern CMMS/EAM platform. This role involves inspecting processes, gathering requirements from internal teams and clients, ensuring business alignment, and contributing to maintenance, logistics, and procurement, while aligning with ESG / Sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements:
- Analyze current asset management processes and systems (CMMS/EAM) to identify improvements.
- Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders, including Engineering, Facility, IT, and external clients.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and refine requirements, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Process & Data Optimization:
- Analyze data (equipment, spare-parts, maintenance) to optimize processes, prevent stock-outs, and enhance schedules.
- Develop process flows and analytical models for current and future operations.
Project Support & Documentation:
- Provide requirements, estimations, and dependency analysis for project planning.
- Contribute to project documentation (traceability matrices, functional specifications, user manuals).
- Assist in progress reporting with analytical insights.
ESG & Sustainability Integration:
- Analyze energy use and life-cycle costs for ESG reporting.
- Identify initiatives to extend asset life and reduce consumption, translating them into system requirements.
- Ensure ESG/Sustainability objectives are integrated into the CMMS/EAM platform.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or technical system implementation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (Thai & English) and presentation skills, able to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements effectively.
- Proficiency in process mapping and re-engineering.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge of ISO 55000 / PAS 55 asset management standards.
- Knowledge of Building Management System.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications.
- Experience producing ESG or Energy reports.
- CMMI EPG Lead.
