Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management & Delivery: 

• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project work-plans, detailed budgets, realistic timelines, and measurable success metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals. 
• Methodology & Acceleration: Apply appropriate project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and best practices to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and scope control. 
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear, concise, and impactful progress reports and presentations for weekly updates, steering committee meetings, and executive briefings. 
• Documentation & Handover: Oversee the preparation of all project delivery documents, including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, user manuals, and post-implementation handover documentation. 
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical items as necessary. 
• Scope & Change Control: Manage project scope effectively, ensuring all changes are properly documented, evaluated, and approved through a formal change control process. 

CMMS/EAM System Implementation & Optimization: 

• Technical Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts between Engineering, Facility Management, and IT teams to define and standardize equipment hierarchy, asset locations, and data structures within the new CMMS/EAM platform. 
• Data Integration & Workflow: Oversee the integration of spare-parts inventory data with preventive and predictive maintenance plans, implementing automated triggers and alerts to proactively avoid stock-outs and optimize maintenance schedules. 
• System Configuration & Testing: Guide the configuration of the CMMS/EAM system to meet specific business requirements, and ensure thorough testing (unit, integration, UAT) is conducted before deployment. 
• User Adoption & Training: Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the new system. 

ESG & Lifecycle Sustainability Integration: 

• Data Tracking & Reporting: Establish robust mechanisms to track and analyze energy consumption, carbon footprint, and life-cycle costs of assets, feeding this critical data into the organization's ESG reporting frameworks. 
• Initiative Identification: Proactively identify, evaluate, and champion initiatives aimed at extending asset life, reducing resource consumption (e.g., water, water, energy), and minimizing waste throughout the asset lifecycle. 
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure the CMMS/EAM system and associated processes support compliance with relevant environmental regulations and sustainability best practices. 

Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration: 

• Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. 
• Vendor Management: Coordinate effectively with external vendors and consultants involved in the CMMS/EAM deployment. 
• Inter-departmental Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring seamless information flow and alignment across departments.
