Job Responsibilities:
- Support documentation tasks related to project bidding and government procurement submissions.
- Prepare bidding documents and ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Create project initiation documents.
- Prepare procurement system requirements and handle general coordination tasks.
- Maintain and organize project contract records and follow up on related documents from relevant departments.
-Perform other task as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in e-Bidding document submission is a strong advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
