Perform tasks as assigned by the client at the client's office
Conduct training sessions on the usage of Software / Applications, provide information, and answer questions related to the training content and system usage
Diagnose and resolve issues in various situations
Provide consultation to the Call Center team regarding troubleshooting within the assigned health service area
Offer support and consultation on data migration from legacy systems to newly developed systems delivered by the company
Coordinate software installation and system integration within the assigned health service area, and liaise with vendors as necessary
Execute assigned projects and ensure system/application data backup
Prepare comprehensive project summary reports for the management team and clients
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
Strong knowledge and understanding of Virtual Machine platforms and monitoring software
At least 5 years of experience in IT support, data center administration, or other related technical roles
Ability to work collaboratively with project management teams and clients, and perform well under pressure
Willingness to travel and work in upcountry/provincial areas
