Jobs Description:
· Provide Field Services installation and Technical Support for IP Surveillance System, Network infrastructure and network security product at customer site.
· Provide high level service and applications support to customers on the Company’s products.
· Attend to any call made by customers require supporting.
· Manage, handle technical case, request RMA of product with Vender’s TAC
· Work with customers for Troubles Shooting and Preventive Maintenance.
· Flexible for working schedule re-arrangement or relocation.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Engineering, Science (Computer Science).
· 1-5 years’ experience in trouble-shooting and equipment servicing.
· Have basic skill for understanding concept of IT (Server, Storage), IP (Networking, Router, Wifi), and UC (Video Conference, IP Camera).
· Familiar with Cisco/Huawei technologies are advantageous.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in installation, configuration, and problem solving IP network surveillance system, Common TCP/IP services including HTTP, FTP, DNS, and DHCP, Switch, Router, WLAN, firewall, IPS etc
· Good command in English.
· Able to travel upcountry and/or on short notice.
