Key Responsibilities
Develop ideas and solutions with the business team that improve user experiences while meeting business goals.
Collaborate on the execution of user research to understand users’ behaviors, validate design solutions, and identify product gaps.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that follow usability best practices and deliver intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate with the UX/UI team and cross-functional teams—including product, technical, and development teams to align goals and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure consistency across design elements by using design systems, adhering to brand guidelines, and aligning with product branding.
Play an active part in enhancing the UX Design team culture by participating in internal initiatives, projects, and contributing to the team’s objectives.
Prioritize UX/UI project schedules and deliverables across multiple products. Catch up the UX/UI trend and adapt with UX/UI, visual design, best practices and front-end technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
6+ years of experience in UX/UI design of web or mobile applications
Portfolio available demonstrating a history of delivering quality products, your roles and responsibilities, and the design processes used
Proficiency in design tools such as: Figma (wireframe, prototyping, design system), Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator) and other industry-standard design tools.
An understanding of research methods and tools
Understanding of user-centered design and design thinking, with the ability to turn insights into practical, user-focused solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
Experience or willingness to mentor and upskill other designers
Strong ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive design solutions.
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
