Manage all financial and accounting processes in compliance with the company’s policies and regulations.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other related documents; ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings for management presentation.
Conduct tax planning and provide strategic financial advice to management.
Prepare working capital flow statements to identify financial opportunities and risks.
Coordinate with external agencies, such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Plan, control, and ensure timely and accurate tax accounting and submission.
Lead, supervise, and manage the accounting team to achieve goals and execute plans effectively and on schedule.
Manage inventory accounting processes, including stock audits and stock control.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Gender: Male, Female, or LGBTQ, aged 28–40 years.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Strong leadership, responsibility, and a good professional presence.
Experience with SAP B1 is a plus.
Demonstrates leadership, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
Open-minded with the courage to suggest innovations and share ideas.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and internal controls.
Strategic planning skills with experience in budget management.
Previous experience in trading or retail businesses, particularly in cosmetics or skincare.
At least 5 years of experience in financial and accounting management.
