Job Responsibilities

• Manage all financial and accounting processes in compliance with the company’s policies and regulations.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other related documents; ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings for management presentation.
• Conduct tax planning and provide strategic financial advice to management.
• Prepare working capital flow statements to identify financial opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate with external agencies, such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Plan, control, and ensure timely and accurate tax accounting and submission.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the accounting team to achieve goals and execute plans effectively and on schedule.
• Manage inventory accounting processes, including stock audits and stock control.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Gender: Male, Female, or LGBTQ, aged 28–40 years.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong leadership, responsibility, and a good professional presence.
• Experience with SAP B1 is a plus.
• Demonstrates leadership, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Open-minded with the courage to suggest innovations and share ideas.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and internal controls.
• Strategic planning skills with experience in budget management.
• Previous experience in trading or retail businesses, particularly in cosmetics or skincare.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial and accounting management.
